Terms and Conditions
USER ELIGIBILITY
LimoCapital provides its service to limousine owners worldwide but may refuse
its service, upon notifying by email, for reasons included but not limited to:
(a) email unresponsiveness (remove cookies), (b)
consumer complaints, (c) deceptive limousine listing information,
(d) unprofessionalism, (e) have a physical
address outside the territory they are listed unless they have vehicles to provide
services in the listed territory. If eligible, limousine companies will be admitted
into our site’s directory on a random basis.
FEES
Our price ranges between $3/year to $15/year for the first vehicle registration,
and between $0.50/year to $3/year for any additional vehicle listing to either
category. The fee varies, depending on what country the limousine service is
provided in. All fees are payable in US dollar (US$). Other countries (other
than the US) may use a currency converter (www.xe.com)
to figure out how much our service costs them in terms of their own country’s
currency.
MEMBERSHIP UPGRADING (NOT PRORATED)
Membership is upgraded from General to Priority category for an additional $5.00
for each vehicle upgrading. No refund is issued if membership is changed to
General category.
MEMBERSHIP EXPIRATION
Membership expires at the same time for each vehicle type listed, regardless
of the fact that some vehicles are added some time later after the first vehicle
is listed. The first day of a one-year membership begins when a limo owner lists
his/her first vehicle in either category.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS AND/OR CANCELLATION
Limousine owners will be notified by email 60 days prior to the expiration of
their one-year mLimousine owners will be notified by email 60 days prior to
the expiration of their one-year membership period. Limousine owners will be
subjected to changes in Fees as well as the Terms of Service should they decide
to renew their membership again. Furthermore, LimoCapital will not refund or
issue credits for any reason for the remaining unused membership period should
either party decide to cancel this service any time.

All contents such as text, logos, graphs, images, software on this site are
the sole and exclusive property of LimoCapital and/or its suppliers and are
protected by the US and international copyright laws.
DISCLAIMER
This site is provided to you on an “As Is” basis. We make no representation
or warranties of any kind as to the operation of the site and the information,
content materials, or services included in this site (LimoCapital.com). We will
not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our site.
APPLICABLE LAW
The laws of the State of Arizona govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions
and we reserve the right to change these disclaimers, terms and conditions on
our site any time.
YOUR AGREEMENT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account number
and/or password. We reserve the right to terminate you at any time, without
liability to you, if we learn that you have provided us with false and misleading
registration information. Your use of this site is subject to these Terms and
Conditions. Please do not sign up for membership if you do not agree to these
Terms and Conditions.
